At House of Hackney, we want you to be completely enamored with your purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, including all packaging and labels.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are secure to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
